XpressRNA Viral kit is designed for rapid and reliable viral RNA extraction (and DNA) from oral and nasopharyngeal swabs soaked in viral transport media or other buffers.
You can make use of our patented magnetic nanoparticle technology for efficient viral nucleic acid isolation.
The extracted RNA (and DNA) is free from contamination and other impurities such as nucleases and proteins. It is suitable for direct use in most downstream applications such as onestep RT-qPCR, RT-PCR, PCR and sequencing.
Finally, the kit can be adaptable to majority of the liquid handling workstations in the market.
Please store carrier RNA at -20°C upon arrival.
MagNa Mix is to be stored at room temperature. If you want to store for long term usage, it has to be stored at 4°C.
