XpressDNA Bacteria Kit is a bacterial DNA extraction kit that is optimized for DNA isolation from bacteria along with purification using our patented Magnetic Nanoparticles.

Researchers can extract bacterial DNA from both Gram-negative and Gram-positive cells using this simple and efficient method, since it avoids organic solvents and spin columns.

Moreover, the magnetic nanoparticles offer a large surface area and strong nucleic acid binding, thereby enabling the purification of high-quality, high-yield double-stranded genomic DNA from diverse strains.

The purification process yields 20–40 kb DNA fragments with high integrity and an optimal double-strand ratio. As a result, the DNA is immediately suitable for downstream applications such as NGS, cloning, sequencing, PCR, and other enzymatic reactions—without requiring further purification.

Shipping and Storage conditions

The XpressDNA Bacterial DNA Extraction Kit is shipped at room temperature.

The enzymes (Proteinase K and RNase) has to be stored at 4°C.

Please keep other solutions should tightly sealed and stored at room temperature so that contamination and evaporation loss is minimized.
