This is a ready to use DNA extraction reagent for quick and efficient recovery of high quality genomic DNA from dried blood spots (DBS) on FTA card or Guthrie cards or Whatman® 903 filter/TFN or 226 from Ahlstrom Munksjö paper.You can use this Dired blood spot extraction procedure for the isolation of DNA from the dried blood spots or FTA cards and also forensic samples.
This process produces DNA that are substantially free of PCR inhibitors and compatible with a variety of down stream process like PCR, qPCR, real-time PCR and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Microarray or Sanger Sequencing.
