XpressDNA Blood Kit (Kit for DNA extraction from blood)

This is our most sensitive and versatile kit for DNA extraction from blood samples.

Researchers and diagnosticians can make use of our Magnetic nanoparticle technology for high quality isolation of DNA from blood with a starting blood volume of 0.2 – 0.4 ml.

1 µl of blood from blood clots can give a DNA yield of 73.3ng/µl.

Our kit replaces time-consuming conventional methods with an optimized protocol that ensures quick, reproducible extraction and improved yields.

Furthermore, DNA obtained with the XpressDNA Blood DNA Extraction Kit supports all downstream applications, including PCR, real-time PCR, restriction digestion, Sanger sequencing, NGS, and Southern blotting.

Shipping and Storage Conditions

The XpressDNA Blood Mini Kit is shipped at room temperature.

Store Proteinase K and RNase at 4°C to maintain stability. Meanwhile, keep all other solutions tightly sealed at room temperature for optimal performance.
